Please only fill out this form if you have already booked your wedding date with me and put down your deposit for me to capture your special day.

Please use this form below to tell me as much about your special day as you can. I realize that every question might not be entirely relevant as every wedding is different, but hopefully you can use it to let me know where people will be, and when, and what is happening! The more I know about the day in advance - the better I can prepare for your special day! Questions with asterisks(*) are required to be filled out in order to submit the form.

The idea is that I can have a comprehensive timeline, so I can put together my own itinerary to ensure that me and my second shooter (if applicable) are always in the right place at the right time and that your wedding photography coverage is up to par! The only time I take a slight break during the day is when you sit down to eat. If not providing a meal, please let me know, so I can plan my meal ahead of time.

Please list any specific group photos you would like me to photograph and I will do my best to capture all the groups you would like. Keep in mind that even with the best director of photos - it can still take up to 4-5 minutes to find and arrange a group of people for a photo, so please keep the number of groups small (no more than a group of 5 or 6 is ideal).

Who is your Designated Photographer helper for group photos? *

It will be super helpful for me if you can nominate a family/friend/bridesmaid/groomsmen to help arrange and rally up the people for the above group photos requested that will know most key people. I will make sure to reach out and introduce myself before your big day and ensure they have the list of Group Photos you would like captured.
